What We're Looking For
The Director of Development & Expansion will work to foster a tight-knit team and community passionate about environmental justice, recruit new team members, and host community and team bonding events.

Work to make the Environmental Justice Coalition as safe and inclusive of a space as possible
Foster a sense of community
Recruit new members
Host monthly community bonding events and initiatives

Work to help recruit directors, fellows, and staff writers
Help onboard new directors and evaluate their trial periods
Host monthly community bonding events and initiatives
Eligibility
Proficiency in social media (LinkedIn and Instagram)
Prior experience in leadership and team interactions
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Diligent and thorough
Able to commit 7+ hours/week
