What We're Looking For

Fellows will get experience in various aspects of environmental justice: the creation of policy based solutions to solve major environmental justice issues (based on their specific sector), advocacy of toolkits and policies, research into environmental topics, and development of educational curriculum covering environmental justice topics. Fellows will also accquire new skills in research, policy making, and advocacy through their participation in the fellowship program.


How it Works

If accepted, your sector directors will hold weekly meetings discussing the work that each fellow will need to complete. Fellows can also contribute to our Medium publication and can find out more information on the Job Board.


Eligibility

  • Proficiency in writing and research
  • Prior experience in policy making, political advocacy, and education
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and thorough
  • Able to commit 4+ hours/week
